Pricing — Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free plan actually free with no credit card?
Yes — the Mira Resume Free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You get 50 AI credits per month, 5 ATS-optimized resume templates, a free ATS checker, job description analyzer, AI bullet enhancer, and 2–3 AI interview prep sessions. The free plan does not expire — you can use it indefinitely.
What counts as one AI credit?
One AI credit is consumed each time you run an AI-powered tool: one ATS scan and score = 1 credit, one AI bullet point rewrite = 1 credit, one job description analysis = 1 credit, one AI cover letter generation = 5 credits, one full AI resume generation = 10 credits. Credits reset on your monthly billing date (or on the 1st of each month for free plan users).
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges immediately, and your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again after cancellation and will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales, credit purchases, and subscription payments are final and strictly non-refundable once paid. Because digital AI credits, server parsing compute, and candidate optimization features are allocated instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits. You can test our platform for free with 50 monthly credits before upgrading to a paid plan.
Are there discounts for students or annual billing?
Students with a valid .edu email address are eligible for a 40% discount on Pro and Elite plans. Annual billing is also available at a significant discount — approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing. What payment methods do you accept?
Mira Resume accepts payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, LemonSqueezy, and Razorpay (for INR payments in India). All payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your full card number on our servers — payment details are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Elite at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading is also available — if you downgrade from Pro to Free, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any unused Pro credits during a downgrade period are not refunded but remain available until your billing period ends.
Is INR pricing available for Indian users?
Yes. Mira Resume offers pricing in Indian Rupees specifically for users in India. Pro plan is ₹1,499/month and Elite plan is ₹3,999/month, processed via Razorpay. The pricing is automatically displayed based on your IP location. Indian users can also pay with UPI, net banking, and major Indian debit/credit cards through Razorpay.
